MOSCOW, February 12. /TASS/. A passage of the railway at the Yasinovataya station in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) was damaged in shelling from positions of the pro-Kiev military, the republic’s defense ministry told the Donetsk News Agency on Friday.
"On February 11, at 22:30, an explosion of an artillery shell damaged 15 cm of the rail," the authority said.
The damaged passage is closed now. Repair works will be done on Friday, the ministry said adding no victims had been reported.
Between only January 31 and February 2, 2016, the shelling from positions of the Ukrainian military damaged railway passages in Donetsk and Yasinovataya.
