MOSCOW, February 8 /TASS/. There are no obstacles to finishing the construction of a Russian cultural center in Paris, Andrey Kondakov, director-general of the International Legal Protection Center, which represents the interests of the former YUKOS shareholders, has said.

According to him, the former YUKOS shareholders have really attempted to stop the construction having concealed the fact that a court turned down their claim.

On July 24, 2015, a judge at the Paris court of lower jurisdiction turned down the complaints’ appeal to levy the execution on the facility in question and recognized that it enjoyed diplomatic immunity, Kondakov said.
