MINSK, February 8. /TASS/. North Koreas’ launch of a carrier rocket is a violation of norms of international law and a number of the United Nations Security Council resolutions, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday.
"The Belarusian side is confident that really lasting peace and stability both in the regional and in a broader international context can be reached only on the basis of mutual constructive dialogue," the ministry said and called to avoid any actions that may lead to further escalation of tension on the Korean Peninsula and endanger peace, regional and international stability.
