GENEVA, February 4. /TASS/. The meeting of the "Moscow group" of the Syrian opposition with UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura will take place on February 5 at the United Nations (UN), President of Syria’s Popular Front for Change and Liberation Qadri Jamil told TASS on Thursday.

"The meeting with de Mistura was planned for today but he is London today," Jamil said. "As a result, the meeting was officially scheduled for tomorrow in UN," he added.

Jamil said that seven people from the opposition will take part in meeting noting that Coordinator of the Syrian National Coordinating Committee for Democratic Change Heisam al-Manaa will not be among them. "He boycotts contacts until Kurds join negotiations," he explained.

The opposition representative noted the importance of participation of Kurds in inter-Syrian talks. "We will fight for that," he added.
