NEW YORK, January 27. /TASS/. Two people were killed and three more injured by gunfire at a homeless encampment in Seattle, city police reported on Wednesday.

According to preliminary information, several unidentified persons opened fire near the encampment. Police are searching for two suspects in connection with the incident.

The area where the shooting occurred has been cordoned off, and roads were closed. Suspects are believed to be hiding in the forest near the homeless encampment.
