MOSCOW, January 22. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have shelled the territory of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) twice from mortars over the past 24 hours, LPR militia told the LuganskInformCenter news agency on Friday.
"Between 14:30 and 14:45 (LPR territory) was shelled from the village of Krymskoye, Hill 175.9 near the village of Sukhodol from a 82-mm mortar (10 mortar bombs). At 15:40 (the Luhansk republic) was shelled from Troitskoye urban-type settlement near the village of Veselogorovka from a 120-mm mortar (2 mortar bombs), the LPR Defense Ministry said.
There were no casualties or destruction, the militia said.
