BRUSSELS, January 17. /TASS/. The European Union lifts all sanctions against Iran, the Council of the European Union press service said.
"On January 16, 2016, the Council lifted all economic and financial sanctions against Iran related to the nuclear program," the Council said.
This decision was made in connection with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirming that Iran fulfilling its obligations under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCOA).
