"The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) verified Iran fulfilling its obligations, which brought a fundamental change in the situation around its nuclear program," Obama said in a message sent to the United States Congress. In this regard, a number of previous presidential decrees on sanctions against Iran is canceled.
