TOKYO, January 15. /TASS/. Further development of relations with Russia is important for the Japanese government, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe told the Japanese parliament on Friday.
"For us, development of relations with Russia is important - not only from the aspect of bilateral relations, but for joint settlement of various international issues, including the problem of North Korea," he said, adding he would "continue working on better variants for his trip to Russia and for the visit of the Russian president to Japan."
