MOSCOW, January 13. /TASS/. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) will issue its own passports, for giving them to the unrecognized republic’s residents, DPR leader Aleksandr Zakharchenko said on Wednesday.
"In the foreseeable future, the DPR Council of Ministers is to adopt a relevant resolution on the DPR-issued passports and later it will be approved by the People’s Council [parliament]," Zakharchenko said.
