BRUSSELS, November 16. /TASS/. A meeting held between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Barack Obama in Turkey is a positive sign in the struggle against the Islamic State terrorist organization, Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn said upon his arrival in the Belgian capital for a meeting of EU foreign ministers.
Luxembourg currently holds the presidency of the Council of the European Union.
