VIENNA, November 14. /TASS/. There is an understanding at the multinational talks on Syria that a truce should be reached in the soonest time possible, Iraq's Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari said on Saturday.
"We have come to an understanding that a truce should be reached in the soonest time possible and elections in Syria with participation of the opposition should be announced," al-Jaafari said after the end of the one-day talks in Vienna.
