Multi-party ministerial talks on Syria end in Vienna

Earlier, Lebanon’s foreign minister said the sides reached an agreement "on a certain list of terrorist organisations."

VIENNA, November 14. /TASS/. Multi-party ministerial talks on Syria, attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov among others, have ended at the Imperial Hotel in the Austrian capital of Vienna.

Earlier, Lebanon’s foreign minister said the sides reached an agreement "on a certain list of terrorist organisations."

France’s Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius had left the five-hour talks before their completion for attending a governmental meeting in Paris.

Multinational talks in Vienna hosted 19 delegations from Russia, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iraq, Italy, Egypt, the United Kingdom, Germany, Lebanon, Qatar, Iran, France, China, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Oman alongside EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, UN Secretary General for Syria Staffan de Mistura and a representative of the Arab League.
