KIEV, November 11. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Sukhoi-25 attack aircraft crashed during a training flight near Zaporizhia Wednesday morning, killing the pilot, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said.
"A Sukhoi-25 of the Ukrainian Air Force crashed during a training flight at about 10:00 local time. The pilot, y.o.b. 1992 died," the statement said.
The incident occurred 40 kilometers north of the city of Zaporizhia. None of the local residents was hurt. An investigation is in progress.
