UNITED NATIONS, November 9. /TASS/. The United Nations organization has delivered humanitarian aid to east Ukraine's Luhansk, for the first time in the past three months, Spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary-General, St·phane Dujarric, said on Monday.
He said a convoy of nine trucks with essential humanitarian cargoes and building materials dispatched by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees had crossed border check points and arrived in Luhansk on Saturday.
