VIENNA, October 30./TASS/. Multilateral foreign ministerial talks on finding a political solution to the conflict in Syria have started in Vienna. Russia is represented by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Attending the talks are 19 delegations, including from Russia, the US, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Germany, France, Egypt, Italy, Great Britain, Iraq and Lebanon.
UN Secretary-General’s special envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will also join the negotiations.
