MINSK, October 26. /TASS/. The Belarusian Foreign Ministry confirms readiness to hold a session of the Contact Group on settling the situation in Ukraine’s east and its four working sub-groups on October 27, the ministry’s press service head Dmitry Mironchik told TASS on Monday.

Mironchik also reminded that the Contact Group’s sub-group on political issues will hold a meeting behind closed doors later today in the Belarusian capital.
"The session of the political sub-group is planned in Minsk for today," he said. "We are making preparations for ensuring conditions for the session of the Trilateral Contact Group on settling the situation in Ukraine on October 27," he added.
The previous session of the Contact Group and its sub-groups was held in Minsk on October 20.
