The Qatar-based Air and Space Operations Center of the US Central Command will maintain constant communication with the Russian military in Moscow to prevent incidents between the two countries’ aircraft in the sky over Syria, the Pentagon said on Wednesday in a report from Baghdad focusing on a trip to Iraq by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford.
