MOSCOW, October 20. /TASS/. One militiaman was killed and another one wounded as the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked militia positions on the outskirts of the city of Donetsk, the Defense Ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) said Tuesday.
"As a result of a Ukrainian provocation, one serviceman was killed and another one seriously wounded; the enemy lost up to five people," the Donetsk News Agency quoted the ministry’s report as saying.
The ministry said the case of ceasefire violation by the Ukrainian side was registered by representatives of the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) in Ukraine.
