MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. An unknown explosive device detonated Thursday at a military range near the city of Torez in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) during tank competitions there, DPR Emergencies Minister Alexey Kostrubitsky said Thursday.
"An unknown explosive device detonated at an exhibition site," the Donetsk News Agency quoted Kostrubitsky as saying. "As a result, a child died, and some people were wounded. The preliminary investigation concluded that the explosion was a terrorist attack."
He said an investigation is underway, and the circumstances of the incident are being investigated, persons involved established and officials are questioned on whether they were negligent.
