VIENNA, September 12. /TASS/. Secretary General of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Lamberto Zannier expects that the ceasefire in Ukraine will be stable and will allow to implement fully the Minsk agreements on resolving the Ukraine crisis.
