MOSCOW, September 9. /TASS/. Ukrainian forces have violated ceasefire regime twice on the territory of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) over last 24 hours and staged four provocations, LPR people’s militia said on Wednesday.

"Ukrainian Armed Forces do not observe the ceasefire regime. Two violations of ceasefire regime have been registered over last 24 hours," Luhansk Inform Center quoted LPR people’s militia as saying.

Kiev forces shelled the settlement of Pervomaisk twice over last 24 hours, while provocations were registered near the settlements of Popasnaya, Scahstye and Novotoshkovka, the people’s militia said.

At the meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk on August 26, the participants confirmed their plans to ensure ceasefire in Donbas by September 1. OSCE’s (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) Special Representative in Ukraine Martin Sajdik said that it is necessary for ensuring security at schools along the contact line. Over the last days, only few violations of ceasefire regime were registered in Donbas.
