Number of east Ukraine ceasefire violations exceeds 100 over past 24 hours — DPR

The number of shellings during full-scale military actions is 150-180 times per day

MOSCOW, August 14. /TASS/. Ukrainian Armed Forces have violated ceasefire regime over 100 times over the last 24 hours, including with use of artillery and multiple rocket launcher systems (MLRS), the self-proclaimed Donetsk republic (DPR) told the Donetsk News Agency on Friday.

"Over the past 24 hours, the intensity of shellings by Ukrainian forces has considerably increased with the use of artillery and MLRS," the DPR defense ministry said. "In total, 103 violations of ceasefire regime were registered, including56 in the Donetsk direction, 18 - in Mariupol direction and 29 - in Gorlovka direction ," the ministry added.

DPR envoy to Contact Group Denis Pushilin told a roundtable at TASS this week that the number of shellings during full-scale military actions is 150-180 times per day. Thus, he said, return to full-scale military action may happen at any time.
