The court concluded the criminal trial against the soldier of the Russian military base in Armenia, who on January 12 deserted his army unit with an automatic rifle. After that Permyakov went to the city, where he slaughtered a local family.
The Russian military court only looked into the crimes committed by the soldier during his military service - desertion with weapons, theft of weapons and ammunition and illegal possession of weapons. According to the Russian-Armenian agreement, the murder of the Avetisyan family will be examined by an Armenian court.
