The date, when specialists from Germany and Switzerland will come to Donbass to restore the water supply system, is to be advised, envoy of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) to the Contact Group on settlement of the crisis in Ukraine Denis Pushilin said on Saturday.
