MOSCOW, August 6. /TASS/. The Ukrainian side is flatly unwilling to comply with any of the provisions of the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, envoy of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) to the Minsk talks Vladislav Deynego said on Thursday during a meeting of LPR head Igor Plotnitsky with the participants in the talks from the Luhansk republic.

"The Minsk process is being rolled back. The process is being hindered, Ukraine is flatly unwilling to comply with any of the provisions of the Package of Measures," he said.

The talks of Contact Group’s security subgroup completed in Minsk on Tuesday, August 4.

Deynego earlier said that Kiev’s representatives were delaying the approval of an agreement on the withdrawal of weapons with caliber under 100 mm from the contact line on trumped-up pretexts. Moreover, during the talks in Minsk the Ukrainian side rejected two versions of the document’s text proposed by the Donetsk and Luhansk republics.

Members of the Contact Group on Ukraine signed in Minsk on February 12 the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements coordinated with the leaders of the "Normandy Four" member-countries (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine).
