Volunteer Georgy Tuka appointed head of Luhansk military-civil administration

The volunteer has lately been actively participating in fighting against smuggling across the disengagement line in the Luhansk region

KIEV, July 22. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed volunteer Georgy Tuka head of the Luhansk civil-military administration on Wednesday.

Tuka will replace Gennady Moskal at the post, while Moskal was earlier appointed as the Transcarpathia region governor.

Georgy Tuka, aged 52, is the chairman of the Narodny Tyl organization. He has lately been actively participating in fighting against smuggling across the disengagement line in the Luhansk region.
