MOSCOW, July 19. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops have been shelling western suburbs of the town of Gorlovka in Donbass for several hours, a spokesman for the local administration said on Sunday.
"The shelling started about two hours ago. After a brief pause the shelling resumed. Shells are falling in the town’s western districts," the Donetsk News Agency quoted him as saying.
The defence ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic [DPR] says Gorlovka often becomes a target for shelling by Ukrainian troops. The DPR children’s rights ombudsperson said child mortality from explosions was the highest in Gorlovka than in any other settlement in Donbass.
