TEHRAN, July 15. /TASS/. The agreement on Tehran’s nuclear program is "Iran’s technical and political victory", Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday.

"For us this is a major achievement, no one can say that Iran has sustained a defeat," the Iranian TV quotes him as saying. According to Rouhani, Iran will never again "be seen as a global threat."

On Tuesday, Iran and a group of six world powers (the five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany) completed the multi-year marathon negotiations on Tehran’s nuclear program. The parties adopted the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action consisting of the main documents and five technical annexes. In addition to that, they agreed the draft resolution to be submitted by all participants in the talks to the UN Security Council within the next few days.
