MOSCOW, July 14. /TASS/. The militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) have told the LugantskInformTsentr news agency that Kiev-controlled forces have violated the ceasefire regime four times over the past 24 hours.

"The ceasefire regime is not observed by Ukraine’s Armed Forces, four ceasefire violations have been registered over the past 24 hours," the report says.

The members of the Contact Group on Ukraine signed on February 12 the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements agreed with the leaders of the "Normandy Four" countries (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine). The document envisages, in particular, the creation of a 50-kilometer-wide security zone, with the parties pledging to pull back their artillery systems with a caliber of 100 mm and more to equal distances .
