KIEV, July 11. /TASS/. Ukraine’s law enforcement agencies have set up an operational headquarters after an attack in the western city of Mukachevo, the spokesperson for Security Service said on Saturday.
"An operational headquarters has been set up in the region," the Ukrainian Pravda daily quotes Elena Gitlyanskaya as saying. "A deputy of the Service’s head has gone there along with Spetsnaz forces."
The malefactors have been offered to lay down arms and are guaranteed "the incident will be unbiasedly investigated," she said.
