VIENNA, July 7. /TASS/. Foreign ministers of Iran, P5+1 countries five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany have rounded up a plenary session of the Iran nuclear talks, the second one on Monday, a well-informed source told TASS.

"The plenary session is over," he said.
