KIEV, July 2. /TASS/. Kiev’s court has rearrested Denis Polishchuk in connection with the murder of Ukrainian journalist Oles Buzina, thus denying bail granted to the suspect earlier, the Ukrainian News agency said on Thursday.
On June 23 Polishchuk was released on bail of five million hryvnias ($230,000).
On April 16, the well-known Ukrainian journalist, writer and TV presenter Oles Buzina was shot dead near his home in the Ukrainian capital Kiev. He was the author of two books - ‘Vampire Taras Shevchenko’ and ‘The Union of Plough and Trident.’ Buzina used to be the editor-in-chief of the Segodnya newspaper but had to quit his post because of censorship in March this year.
