KIEV, June 26. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Constitutional Commission has adopted the basic version of the constitutional amendments concerning decentralization.
"The majority voted for the amendments, two people voted against," said head of the Constitutional Commission Volodymyr Groysman. "We took the first step toward the historic change."
"We approved the draft amendments to the Constitution with the proposals of the Venice Commission and technical corrections," he said. Groysman added that the draft of the relevant decision would be forwarded to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
