KIEV, June 14. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said on Sunday the Minsk agreements could not be fulfilled if the Ukrainian army is weak and for these ends Kiev asks non-lethal weapons from the United States.

"We are asking defensive, not offensive weapons," he told the Ukrainian television 5 Channel. "We pledge we are trying to solve the (Donbass) problem solely by diplomatic means… but diplomats need help.".
