MOSCOW, June 14. /TASS/. Speaker of the People’s Council, or parliament, of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Andrei Purgin said on Sunday he did not rule out Donbass’ two self-proclaimed republics - the DPR and LPR (Lugansk People’s Republic) - may merge into one entity.
"I think it is quite possible to speak about the unification of the DPR and LPR in principle. I think this is an issue to look at," the Donetsk News Agency quoted him as saying.
