MOSCOW, June 11. /TASS/. A kindergarten, hospital and eight houses have been damaged by massive artillery shelling of Donetsk, the press service of the local administration said on Thursday.

"Over the past 24 hours, the Kuybyshevsky and Kievsky districts have come under massive artillery shelling," the officials said. A kindergarten, hospital and three houses were hit by shells in the Kuybyshevsky district.

Another five houses were damaged in the Kievsky district. A fire broke out in four these buildings. The territory of the Tochmash plant and a printing shop were also targeted, the press service said.

Information on the possible casualties is being verified.
