MOSCOW, June 8. /TASS/. The militias of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) said on Monday they have registered 30 ceasefire violations by Kiev’s forces over the past 24 hours.
"The fire was opened twice from tanks and four times from infantry combat vehicles. Besides, 14 mortar shellings have been registered, two from an antiaircraft mounting and eight from grenade launchers and small arms," a DPR’s Defense Ministry official told the Donetsk news agency.
The shellings targeted the Oktyabrsky village, the Oktyabrskaya coal mine and the area of the embattled Donetsk airport, as well as Gorlovka and Yasinovataya. The settlements of Golmovsky, Zaytsevo, Spartak, Shirokaya Balka, Leniniskoye and Shirokino also came under fire.
There have been no reports on the possible casualties among the civilians and militias.
