MOSCOW, May 30. /TASS/. Ukrainian military are pounding from mortars the village of Sakhanka near the city of Novoazovsk, the village’s head of administration said on Saturday.
"We are being under shelling, two mortars have landed," the Donetsk news agency quoted Aleksandr Pelipas as saying.
Mortars exploded in the village gardens, he said.
The Donetsk news agency said that during the phone conversation explosions were heard in the vicinity and so Pelipas asked to put off the further discussion and followed the villagers into a shelter.
No casualties have been reported so far.
