MOSCOW, May 21. /TASS/. The reconnaissance of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic has spotted foreign mercenaries, stationed on the premises of a children’s hospital in the city of Dzerzhinsk, the republic’s deputy defense minister, Eduard Basurin has said.
"The Donetsk Republic’s military reconnaissance has repeatedly spotted the presence of foreign mercenaries in the territory of Donbas fighting for the Kiev authorities. A group of black persons has been noticed on the premises of a children’s hospital in Dzerzhinsk. The employees of a private military company are guarded by military placed around the hospital’s territory," the Donetsk News Agency quotes Basurin as saying.
"Normal functioning of the children’s hospital is out of the question," Basurin added.
In the Yasinovataya district, Basurin said, the railway car depot at the Donetsk-Severny railway station came under artillery fire.
"These facts confirm the intention of the Ukrainian authorities to destabilize the situation in the republic and to use artillery bombardments to cause the maximum damage civilian infrastructures in the Donetsk Republic," Basurin said.
