WASHINGTON, May 16. /TASS/. US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle held assets worth from $1.9 million to $6.9 million last year, the White House said in a report issued on Friday.

The range of reported assets has changed little for the Obamas, whose net worth in 2013 stood between $1.8 million and $7 million. Financial disclosure reports are required for all public officials by law.

The Obama’s largest jointly owned asset are Treasury notes worth from $1 million to $5 million.

The only liability reported by Obama is a 30-year mortgage on his Chicago home worth between $500,000 and $1 million with an interest rate of 5.6%

Vice President Joseph Biden’s financial disclosure report, released along with Obama’s, demonstrate his assets from $277,000 to $1.1 million.
