MOSCOW, May 9. /TASS/. The UN’s Secretary General Ban Ki-moon at a meeting with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin will ask for his active support in settling the crisis in Ukraine.
"President Putin can play a very important role to bring the people of Ukraine together, united, without using violence means," he said in an exclusive interview with TASS First Deputy Director General Mikhail Gusman on Saturday. "I am here to discuss this matter more seriously and I am asking for his leadership and engagement [in settlement of the conflict]," he said.
