Right Sector urges Ukrainian military to protest against state authorities

The organization said in a statement that Ukraine’s leadership "pursues its mercantile interests" and "makes incomprehensible agreements with the enemy"

MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Right Sector radical organization has called Wednesday on the country’s military to disregard orders from their commanders and protest against the state authorities.

The organization said in a statement that Ukraine’s leadership "pursues its mercantile interests" and "makes incomprehensible agreements with the enemy." The Right Sector will stage a protest near the presidential administration building at noon on Wednesday.

Ukraine’s Defense Ministry earlier demanded that the organization withdraws militants from the contact line in Donbas. The organization’s leader was offered the position of an adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, while militants were offered to become members of the Defense Ministry.

The Right Sector became a political party in 2014 on the basis of Ukrainian National Assembly - Ukrainian People’s Self-Defense (UNA-UNSO). Russia’s Supreme Court recognized the Right Sector as an extremist organization.
