NEW DELHI, April 26./TASS/. The number of victims of the earthquake in Nepal has grown to 1805 people, with 4718 others wounded, Reuters cites a source in the country’s interior ministry as saying.
A devastating magnitude-7.9 earthquake took place in the country on Saturday followed by a series of aftershocks. The most powerful of them - magnitude-6.6 - was registered at 12.30 local time.
Seismologists say more aftershocks will occur in the coming two days.
