BRUSSELS, April 23. /TASS/. France’s President Francois Hollande is set to discuss with Russian President Vladimir Putin a draft resolution of the UN Security Council that is expected to allow destruction of vessels used for illegal trafficking of migrants, Hollande said on Thursday after the end of the European Union summit.

"I am going to raise the issue of the UN Security Council’s draft resolution at a meeting with Vladimir Putin in [the Armenian capital] Yerevan," Hollande said.
