MOSCOW, April 17. /TASS/. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) is completing the formation of a regular army, DPR head Alexander Zakharchenko said on Friday.
"The process of the formation of a regular army is practically over in the republic," the Donetsk News Agency quoted him as saying. "The key task now is to complete training of battalions. That is why it was decided to conduct exercises, which are now underway. Among other skills, soldiers will learn to repair hardware, drill certain technical skills."
