PARIS, April 15. /TASS/. French President Francois Hollande has voiced an opinion on Wednesday that the Minsk agreements can only be implemented with the assistance of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). He said as much in Bern during his official visit to Switzerland.
"The Minsk agreements can only be implemented under the OSCE auspices. We want these agreements to be honored in full measure and to be put into practice. We must oversee this process," Hollande said.
