Video conference of Contact Group on Ukraine due on April 14

The discussion will focus on the ceasefire, heavy weaponry withdrawal and the confirmation of this withdrawal by the representatives of the OSCE special monitoring mission

KIEV, April 11. /TASS/. The participants of the Contact Group on Ukraine are due to hold a video conference on April 14, the press secretary of the former Ukrainian president and Kiev’s envoy, Leonid Kuchma, said on Saturday.

"On April 14, a video conference of participants of the trilateral Contact Group with the representatives of the so-called Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics will be held," Daria Olifer said.

The discussion will focus on the ceasefire, heavy weaponry withdrawal and the confirmation of this withdrawal by the representatives of the OSCE special monitoring mission, she said.

The sides will also discuss the aspects of the prisoner swap and the creation of the working groups on security, political, economic and humanitarian areas of the Minsk agreement, she added.

The LPR’s negotiator in the Contact Group Vladislav Deinego earlier said the video conference would take place on April 12.
