MOSCOW, April 6. /TASS/. Madagascar is grateful to Russia for its assistance in coping with the country’s five-year political crisis and the formation of generally recognized democratic institutions, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Madagascar Beatrice Atallah said on Monday after a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"Russia has helped us to overcome the five-year political crisis," she said. "Today we have universally recognized democratic institutions and elected parliamentarians."
"We are grateful to Russia for its assistance to us to overcome this crisis," he said.
