Russian OSCE envoy say West has to accept there are no Russian troops in east Ukraine

MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Western leaders and the Kiev government have to accept the fact that there are no Russian soldiers in Ukraine’s east, Russia's envoy to the European security watchdog OSCE said on Friday,

"The OSCE monitoring mission [to Ukraine] has never recorded the presence of Russian soldiers or regular forces," envoy Andrey Kelin told a Moscow-Vienna video bridge, adding that: "Western partners and Ukrainian authorities just have to accept that."
